You gas is mostly tax.
So your % drop will not be as good.
I'm in Oregon it's 40 cents state tax per gallon.
Yep Oregon state gas tax is $0.40 a gallon and it's not going down neither is the price of eggs
I would double check that sounds like Federal tax.

Actually you pay about 60 cents CA tax and 18 cents Federal tax. Add the property, business and personal taxes on the gas station and you start to see the picture. And that doesn’t even factor in the higher employee wages.

Well, that's a good point. Taxes are hidden all over the place, and lots of municipalities have piled in with them.
We have recently had an 18% rates -hike - with the announcement that the counil is going to outsource their water-rates.
So wait a minit. We are paying to outsource the water management??
