I fully agree...with one tiny quibble. We have no right whatsoever to demand any results of any kind. We have only the right to thank God, and Trump, and his allies, for the results they have been blessed to provide all of us to date.
Way too much conceited vanity of demands and expectations. Not enough humility and thankfulness to divine and temporal leadership.
We are living through a passage of history that ranks with World Wars and economic disasters---except in a radiance of hopeful prospect. Trump will deserve to rank with Washington and Lincoln for his courage and faith, and with Teddy Roosevelt for his undaunted fighting spirit. Who are we but witnesses? This will be the greatest witness in temporal affairs since the time of Christ. It has only begun.
You're right, and I'd even toss in Thomas Jefferson, for writing the Declaration of Independence and executing the Louisiana Purchase, among other things.
Wish there were someplace to memorialize this exclusive club. People would rush more to witness that memorial than any other!
