True dat. When I see any single-source story that has huge implications, I immediately want corroboration or I don't believe it.
This! What role does SCOTUS have in the impeachment process of a judge? I don't there is any. Impeachment is a construct belonging to the House.
I'm just throwing out a guess, but maybe they can determine if whatever lower court "judge" acted outside their role and the constitution.
