Our legal system is absolute garbage. Judges would dismiss cases all over the place. And if they couldn't dismiss outright, they'd run interference at every point. Not to mention scheduling trials for years in the future with the accused out on very little bail, free to run.

In our current system, I don't believe even one high profile, accused would be convicted of anything.

Trump will have to get these trials into military courts or it just won't work. Civilian courts can't handle the truth of what has been happening. It's too big, too outrageous, to unbelievable.
