It really is funny that the US military creates things that are so insane that if people report them they are called crazy because "that doesn't exist".
We also have contingency plans for literally everything. Many of which are still classified. We also had Black projects inside Black projects.
Honestly. If we ever got a full readout of just what the U.S Defense Programs invented or tried to invent. Let alone the Russian and Chinese equivalents. It’d probably cross the line well into “Man made horrors beyond comprehension”. With more than a few all natural horrors they just found over the years and decided to try and weaponize for varieties sake.
The Russians at one point had both Internal Police Units and Intelligence groups focused on paranormal and occult investigations and experimentation. There are implications that such groups existed within U.S Agencies as well. Aside from the CIA and their well publicized programs.
Lord knows what those theoretical agencies found and just what they experimented with. Or even if they’re still around and just buried under some innocuous sounding sub-department of a generic sounding agency.
