One thing to keep in mind when it comes to China.
The unemployment rate for 25-29-year-olds is officially 7.3%. Unofficially, china's unemployment rate is anywhere from 10% to 14% or so.

What happens if their unemployment rate goes over 20%? Well, you have 100,000 unemployed, potentially non-happy campers sitting around with a LOT of time on their hands. Not good for national stability of China.
China may come up with a use for unemployed young males. Taiwan comes to mind.
Yep... AND they didn't forget the draconian lockdown bs during c19 where people pretty much starved to death in their own apartments.
I think it's a powderkeg waiting to go off after the Chinese middle class now sees the rest if the world and how they're treated at home...
