Supreme Court is the NEXT stop for this moron...NOW, Colo. is going to have to spend MILLIONS ARGUING BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT...and it's just a matter of time!!!!!!! This will NOT stand for long!!!!

Hmmmm.. I don't want to burst your bubble, but there are a lot of seemingly left leaning justices on the SC. ROBERTS, ABC, Ketanji, etc. This might be a tough fight if Robert's decides to throw in with the libs on the court.
