I recently posted a prayer request for my newborn grandson, who had several issues, culminating in a need for IV fluid replenishment. He is finally doing well and going home today. Thanks again for all the prayers! I found out when visiting our daughter that he had been given a Hepatitis B vaccine (or was soon to be given it, which I tried to either talk them out of, or seriously question why they would allow it) I was so surprised that this newborn would be given ANY vaccinations so soon after being born! Today, I saw the post about all the different components of vaccines, with one being Sodium Phosphate. I actually looked it up expecting that particular compound to not be something to really worry about (sounded like one of many salts out there that aren't so bad ) Well, after looking it up, I found this: Sodium phosphate can cause serious kidney damage and possibly death. In some cases, this damage was permanent, and some people whose kidneys were damaged had to be treated with dialysis (treatment to remove waste from the blood when the kidneys are not working well). So then I checked the ingredients of the Hepatitis B vaccine, and found this: Each 1-mL adult dose contains 20 mcg of HBsAg adsorbed on 0.5 mg aluminum as aluminum hydroxide. ENGERIX-B contains the following excipients: Sodium chloride (8 mg/mL) and phosphate buffers (disodium phosphate dihydrate, 0.9 mg/mL; sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, 0.7 mg/mL). I don't know if these sodium phosphate components are equivalent in effects as pure sodium phosphate is, but one of the symptoms of being dehydrated was that the baby was not peeing sufficiently to indicate being fully hydrated, so now I wonder if that lousy vaccine was actually preventing urination. CDC recommends ALL newborns receive that vaccine, even though their reasoning is that it stops babies from being infected by their mother! How many mothers have Hepatitis B? This is so infuriating on so many levels, not the least of which is that my own daughter and son in law allowed this shot to be given, and of course, that the medical community goes along with such a ridiculous procedure!

it's criminal what they are doing to newborns.
the system tries to take advantage of parents when they are exhausted in the hours right after the birth of a child (especially mom!) and use that vulnerable time to whisk the baby away for a vaccine.
of course most parents don't do their homework in the preceding months to educate themselves on the pros and cons of the Hep B shot.
I have 2 kids, one vaccinated (back when I, too, had yet to do my homework) and one unvaccinated. The second kid is so much healthier. I wish I had known more when my first child was born. But no one in my life had any clue about vaccine dangers either - my wife thought they were safe, teachers at school always said they were safe, medical programs on TV convinced me there was no risk....
I would have thought that maybe a pastor at church at some point would have set my congregation straight but... no such luck.
Based on the attitude of our daughter, I think a lot of people consider getting vaccinations, or having their kids get vaccinations, a way to be "anti-Trump". They equate being cautious of vaccines and how they are administered as being "anti-vax". Sort of like people who believe in strong borders and sanctity of human life are considered "far right".
