Common sense 101.
They broke our laws by entering, so they must leave. Period! They have NO LEGAL STATUS HERE!
Our due process rights are for citizens, not aliens. Aliens are human beings and should be treated as such, but we have NO responsibility to care for every person who managed to get across our border. Other nations do not tolerate that.
Honest question, not trolling, looking for a real answer because I'm far away from all this: how do they prove someone is an illegal alien and not some Latino citizen who lost his wallet?
Birth records are kept for every person born in the US since like 1913 or maybe 1933. It isn't hard to figure out.
They are not just stopping people on the street, but they have a long list of known aliens apparently.
I believe there are some agencies doing the leg work and cross referencing information with the irs, social security and some other ways to find people who came in during the 4-year invasion allowed by our previous administration.
I can prove I am a US citizen. I cannot prove I am a Mexican citizen.
Same for an invader but reversed.
