I read a thread shared on here yesterday about how Ivermectin has been helping a lot of people suffering from similar problems to what I have been dealing with for 2 months. I've had long COVID type symptoms (shortness of breath and panic attacks) and allergies that I didn't previously have. After reading the thread I ordered the quickest Ivermectin I could find which is the Durvet Apple Flavored Horse Dewormer. I'm just wondering if anyone has had problems with that since it's not meant for humans or if there are better options without a prescription or an easy way to get a prescription. Any advice, based on experience,is appreciated. There is a lot spammy and overpriced "Paytriot" Ivermectin stuff out there.
How much of the Durvet stuff should a 180 lb dude take and how often?
I get the injectable liquid at Valley Vet dot com. Agri-mectin is the brand and the 500ml bottle is equivalent to 500 12mg tablet. I use a 6ml syringe to measure it and a 16ga needle. Squirt it into a couple ounces of juice for no odd flavor. I buy the syringe and needle locally at Tractor Supply.
Dosage is 1ml per 110 pounds but just round up to 2ml since maximum recommended dose is 5 times higher. Take before bed since some people feel low blood sugar effect. 500ml is $85 with shipping. 6ml syringe and 6 pack of needles is about $7 at Tractor Supply, and you can use the same needle endlessly since you are not injecting anything.
I do this exactly. Recommend storing in the fridge for longer shelf life. We take before, during and after we travel or if we’ve been in heavy crowds of people.
