Maybe it's so when the virus becomes a "pandemic" those who want to get that vaccine can get it, and the rest of us can just go on with our lives. As long as they don't make such a thing mandatory, then I'm ok with it. I don't see any Dept. in Trump's administration making such a thing mandatory, and I think any state or business that threatens to make such a thing mandatory will be met with serious consequences from the Trump administration. This is actually pretty good chess; get ahead of whatever the deep state is getting ready to unleash.
