The President really needs to bring back the Smith/Mundt act that Obimmer repealed. That would end all the MSM and NPR propaganda and doesn't need Congress to make it happen.
It was altered as part of a larger bill, passed by Congress, signed into law by Obozo. I think Trump does need Congress to alter it back to its original intention
