The way I see it, some possibilities are:
Since "timing is everything," I think the release is planned for a time soon when it will be the most hard-hitting.
Considering the incredible lengths to which Q team have gone with their meticulous planning, I think #3 is the most likely.
So according to Q, were Sessions and Barr also part of the meticulous plan? If Bondi doesn't make any arrests by 3 years in, I hope people will accept that we got played instead of making excuses for these people.
If arrests don't start year 1 I will feel played personally. I didn't vote too give epstein assholes another 3- 4 years of freedom.

My opinion
IF --- Trump pushes for it, it will piss off Israel (don't ask me why).
Trump's ratings will crater (don't ask me how)
So, instead ---- Trump is stirring up public demand.
Trump says "I tried to protect you Israel, but the public is demanding the files"
Files leak out. Trump walks away as the guy who tried to save Israel ------ squeaky clean.
I trust the plan, therefore it can only be number three.
In context, Number Three is the most likely.
I'm going with 3. Even though this shit is getting old, I believe the plan is legit. If there is an active investigation you aren't 'releasing' names of the perps for dweebs on X to say I told you so and that's it. You would literally need to release audio/video and anything else proving these people were there and, well, that shit is saved for trials.
