Einstein himself had things to say about time travel. He seemed to believe the energy release in transit would probably destroy matter being sent through time but was certain time travel was scientifically possible.
Time travel, on a small scale has been proven. I believe they took a watch into space for a year and when it came back it was behind time? Not sure, but something like that.
I believe Einstein wondered, while looking at a clock in the distance, what would happen if he were able to travel to the clock at a speed so fast, he could get there before the clock hand moved. Would that effectively stop time?
Most people think of time as uniform and consistent, but it is not at all. The faster one travels the more time slows down.
This also led to the development of the idea of space time fabric. Space time fabric can be warped by mass. Picture a sheet held taught. It's flat. Then place a bowling ball in the center. No matter how hard you pull the sheet to keep it flat, the mass of the bowling ball warps the sheet around it. The bowling ball sits in this divot, warping the sheet around it. This warping is so strong that it can bend light.
The famous experiment to proved this involved looking for a star that would be behind the sun, but would be visible, due to the sun's gravitational force, warping the light around the sun to make it visible, even though it was behind the sun.
The only way to run this experiment was to conduct the experiment during a total exclipse of the sun.
Various teams around the world set out to conduct this experiment. Most failed to get into place at the right time with the right equipment. I believe a team in Peru pulled it off and this proved Einstein's Theory of Relativity.
This is my recollection. I could be wrong on some items. I was too lazy to run an AI check on my thoughts.
I believe! Just remember, Uncle John Trump had Tesla’s journals, and Nikola Tesla claimed to have time traveled.
It is said that he did this and was horrified when he saw humanities future, so he decided to help to get it changed. Strokes chin... was he Q?
Who or whatever Q was…it/they had to know the future.
