I’m thinking this guy was DIRECTLY linked to Seth. He probably gave the orders to the other two that did the deed. Dems do not want this guy to talk. No matter what.

if [they] don't want him to talk, why not put him in the 'big' prison where someone could off him?
I think it’s because they don’t have the lines of communication that prisoners in the US have, like family members or attorneys.
He definitely has something big considering the FBI intervened on his behalf to keep him out of custody when he was caught red handed in the act of trafficking several victims a few years ago.
