Big pharma pays Doctors big money for promoting/prescribing drugs to their sheep.

Not a cure, only a lifelong treatment which usually leads to more health issues requiring more drugs, which lead to more health issues requiring more drugs, which lead to more health issues which lead to.....etc etc..
