The U.S. Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Milligan unanimously ruled that military tribunals used to try civilians in any jurisdiction where the civil courts were functioning were unconstitutional.
The Federal Courts have proven to be BIASED and CORRUPTED... with judges paid off, ignoring Federal laws and creating powers that don't exist at a whim (or at the request of political parties). By that definition, the Federal Courts are NON-FUNCTIONING.
The DOJ has a very good argument for instituting military tribunals in place of Federal trials until such time as the Federal Court system returns to functioning.
