She has filed a writ of habeas corpus, her right to be freed based upon her liberty interest as she was wrongfully imprisoned for doing her job, protected under 14th amendment Pres. Trump Justice Department is helping and watching for her.
prayer for her health and resilience, and will stay posted on her habeas corpus (court filing motion to be freed) being heard to include or exclude the fed just. department’s involvement in her case

ORDER This matter is before the Court on the Opposed Motion to Continue April 22, 2025 Motions Hearing (the Motion) [#37]. The Motion seeks to continue oral argument set on the Defendant's Response to Statement of Interest of the United States of America (the Motion to Strike) [#17] which this Court has construed as a Motion to Strike the United States Statement of Interest [#18].
The Motion states that the Solicitor General of the State of Colorado, Shannon Stevenson, woke up this morning with a severe stomach-flu type illness. While the Court would ordinarily grant such a Motion, the Court notes that co-counsel for the Applicant has already traveled from Virginia to Colorado and counsel for the United States is scheduled to travel from Washington, D.C. to Colorado this afternoon.
Further, the Motion to Strike, which does not go to the merits of the Petition in this case, has been fully briefed and the Court has limited questions related to the Motion to Strike. Finally, Defendants are also represented by Senior Assistant Attorney General Lisa K. Michaels, and the Court is confident that Ms. Michaels will be able to respond to the limited questioning anticipated by the Court. Given these facts, the Motion is DENIED.
