I have worked for individuals where I had to use the phrase “ So you want it fast or do you want it right?” I said it because they were wanting results but the process was more complicated then they understood. I was literally pedal to the metal at that point. They chose fast I told them I was not their person. When I returned to the project it was more complicated but I had more time since I had to help dismantle the work done by the other people that gave them fast. I think about that when I get frustrated with “progress”.
