A judge? I see this as a widespread delusion among the far left that they are immune from consequences, and therefore do not take even elementary precautions of prudence. Folks, it is not just evil we are contending with. It is also mental derangement. This may be where the unreachable 4% come from...but I don't think it is as low as 4%.
