If a regular 8-inch tube of toothpaste isn't lasting you half a year, you're doing it wrong
Also use 1/3 the recommended amount of mouthwash per session - extra fluid in the mouth does nothing - I use Listerine, gradually worked up to tolerating 2 minutes! Completely eradicated all plaque, and kept it off.
My buddies wife is a hygienist. I sparked a conversation on this very topic and she wanted to choke me. We can discuss all sorts of conspiracy but this is her Alamo. I’m going to send him this video but I highly doubt he will share it with her as it will likely lead to him being cut off figuratively and literally.
