Who’s stopping them?
If nobody stops them, within an operational paradigm of “might makes right”, they “have the right” to do it.
So how do we lawfully stop them?

Basically, [they] are asserting their “right” to do it, by doing it, and we aren’t stopping them, so [they] continue moving forward.
I tend to imagine this has something to do with “class action lawsuits can be very effective”.
It is so outrageous, I wonder why NO ONE is trying to STOP them and EVERYONE is just allowing it to happen?!?
