Preparing Americans for High-Paying Skilled Trade Jobs of the Future

The future holds lots of new opportunities and experiences. We need to reimagine life. People should work less hours per year. Two scenarios I've seen for the future. The week is made up of two three days shifts and all rest on the Lord's Day. You can work three days and study three days. You can work three days and your spouse works three days. Jobs should be divided between jobs for younger people and jobs for older people. If your job is physically demanding, you should be able to sunset that job into a less physical position at the age of 45. The Strong Global Brotherhood can make this all a balanced and harmonious reality.
