We’ve been down this road before, but before you say “nothing is going to happen”, look around. It’s more urgent than just 3 months ago.

Rice - white. Or more correctly - rice, not brown. Brown rice has fats/oils that will go rancid quickly compared to white rices. You could keep it for 2-3 years with oxygen absorbers and mylar bags, but it isn't worth the risk. White rice(s) can last 25-30 years if packaged and sealed properly.
