Because there's not really much that the president can do about rogue judges if he doesn't have the support of Congress and Senate, which unfortunately he does not because those bastards are all in on it too. At this point if we are relying on Donald Trump then we are essentially asking him to overthrow the Republic at least temporarily and become a dictator. That's a really tall order and he's going to need one hell of a case together to pull it off with the consent of the people.
