I've wondered, but hard to tell with hormones and aging playing a role. My left eye did get Better vision.. taking lutein and doing eye exercises I found on the internet maybe helped..lol
I remember seeing a special on PBS like 20 years ago or something, where they were testing different exercises for the eyes and having success.
