The last 37 states to join the country did not immediately start out as states. They had to go through a period of being territories or having another lesser status, often for several decades, before they were allowed to have statehood.
I am very much in favor of rural Communadian provinces joining the USA, but they need to spend a substantial amount of time as territories before they are allowed to have senators and voting representatives.
I agree with you and I’m past the point of participating in our ongoing clown show. Although I would say don’t be too quick to write us off there’s an argument to be made of trying to work with what you got. We are beyond that now though 100% it’s time to go our own way
Well Texas is less than Texas as it once was. Everything is turning blue. We don't need Canadian "conservatives" or more Canadian immigrants now having citizenship and moving to red states full time to flip the vote.

Agree very strongly.
Canadian conservatives are not the same as us.
Alberta is probably more in line with what you call conservative than most states in the USA.

Alberta is still more like Texas than it is like Ontario. It's more like Texas than any of the blue states are like Texas.
