I think it's like here in U.S. where the populations of the big cities are starkly different from the populations elsewhere in the country. Probably similar to the U.S. too is that voter fraud likely occurs in the big cities, to the point of over-riding the actual popular vote totals, resulting in the leftist/globalist retaining power.
