Well, I already knew all this. It reminds me of the women who say, "I'm not taking a man's name!" when they marry. But the vast majority already have a man's name, their dad's. They just don't think. I'd rather have the name of the man I am in love with, think highly enough of that I chose to marry, and will spend my life with as opposed to a father who, even if you love, you didn't choose.
