For some reason, they think MSM tells nothing but the truth, and everyone else must be lying to them.
My dad is 73 and trusts the mainstream news. I can’t show him anything because “I don’t want to see anything you found in the internet.” Even if it comes from government websites. That traffic stop where the MS-13 “Maryland Dad” was trafficking people was “AI” - it’s pointless to argue anything.
I have family members who get rabidly furious if I do anything like this. The News is right and everybody else is crazy and stupid.
End of discussion, because after that they tell you to fuck off and want nothing to do with you.

I keep going back to what Q said: The choice to know will be yours. Well, they've chosen against knowing. All we can do is try to be there if and when the truth finally does pour out to an extent that even the mainstream news can't make it stop.
It is hard to break the spell. Even those of us who "knew" the media and left were bad had no idea just how bad until the events of Q and Covid revealed the extent of what was going on behind the curtain. Even after that, it continues to get worse as DOGE has revealed the whole USAID and related schemes.
