You are exactly right. If you are here legally as a non citizen, then you have some rights, but not if you are here illegally.
They keep screaming about 5th Amendment due process. That applies if the government is taking away life, liberty or property. None of those are applicable. We just delivered the gang member to El Salvador. They used their law to lock him up.
