I’d guess it’s not that the deep state supports one or the other, they just want a war for the sake of population reduction. Only winner in a Pakistan vs India war would be China… unless it goes nuclear as my understanding of prevailing winds is that the fallout from nukes that go off in Pakistan will blow into China.
