I think we're going to find out the FBI facilitates these gunmen and goes out of their way to prod the gunmen into it by making them think 'the law' will somehow be on their side and their actions will be considered heroic. Then, the media will report on how the FBI is doing such a great job and the gunman's political leanings will fit their narrative no matter what. Then, the FBI gets more resources for a 'task force' that further facilitates bullshit.
