It is your job to help your dad, and 800 dollar electric bills are crazy. Also in your examples you are pointing out that their retirement planning was zero. Your expecting the taxpayers to just foot the bill for the basement village? BTW the mental health industry is a scam, they never cured one crazy ever, but they lined their pockets...
