This is something I never would have called in a million years. The first American pope has been selected. Robert Francis Prevost is the new pope. Reporting live from Italy here, and laughing my heart out as everyone around me is somewhat stunned.

Like the Deep State would let some kind, concerned religious Pope come to power. I can’t believe you guys aren’t digging and are excited there’s a Pope. Give me a break.
