No, it comes from "MIGA" being "Make Israel Great Again" which is a bastardized take on "MAGA" and a part of the Trump serves the jews psyop / conspiracy theory.

"Miggers" obviously relates to another famous pejorative, but it's still directly referring to "MIGA" and making fun of Trump supporters for supposedly being tricked by "MAGA".
