We need a mechanism in every state to recall these bastards for poor performance and not doing the will of the voters.
Need to straighten out voting first...
But there's no good reason anyone should be allowed to make decisions without the consent of the people - at this point.
What if any positive law program, that wasn’t civic or criminal - “program” type stuff, required CLEAR, UNCOERCED opt-in, with clear pathways to opt back out if so desired, while very clear and well publicized injunction/petition methods and debate forums are provided for negative laws.
When there is precedent on certain things, it should be highly visible and concise, and not in a “go search through precedent on FindLaw” sort of way, but in a quickly referenceable publication.
Generally, do a better job at allowing us into the process and providing insight into the current state, while removing the mechanisms that cause us to have to fight over levers of power.
Dunno if that whole thought is good, but pretty sure at least portions of it are pretty sensible.
How hard would it be for there to be a simple app that provided everyone a clear window into the workings of all their relevant jurisdictions?
Yeah that makes a whole lot of sense to me...
But over here yonder in good ole 🤡🌎 - things a purposefully and intentionally made difficult AND nearly impossible to even contact a human with ANY decision making power whatsoever.
They want to literally automate EVERYTHING so everyone fits neatly into each field in the database - with as few options contrary to conformity as possible. It's ALL by design - ALL across the board... from government interactions to manufacturing...all chasing that "consistent, predictable product or end result".
It's completely contrary to the unique nature of an individual and nature itself. If you don't fit neatly into the database - well, sorry we can't help you sir... it's "policy"... it's "the system" - it's bullshit. They're not going to let up on going in that direction.
Just look around... you can barely order a sandwich without needing to show your balloon knot to the matrix these days.
Now about that carbon tax ...You are the carbon they want to tax ...

Oh I get that it’s unrealistic due to the nature of who we are dealing with. These people make you ask permission to drop your children off at school, ffs.
