When I was growing up, I had an uncle who was a hippie or hippie-adjacent.
He always said they were "doing their own thing". Even at a young age I wondered why they were "doing their own thing" exactly the same way as everyone else in that group. It looked an awful lot like conforming to my young eyes.
If they’d truly wanted to “break the mold” or “smash conformity” or any of that other BS they were on about, their ad should’ve featured a straight white nuclear family on their way to church on a Sunday.
But no, they decided instead to be unoriginal and bland and woke, to have actors dressed like extras from the 5th element (a film which came out close to 30 years ago now). They have nothing to offer, they have nothing to say, they basically just smear shit all over a canvas and charge their clients millions.
