Intermittent fasting isn’t difficult. Fasting for 16 hours a day leaves an 8 hour window for eating. You could make your eating window noon to 8pm and use lunch as your ‘break-fast’ and then have your last meal of the day at dinner time and be done before 8pm. Then you sleep during your fast.

Yes, I'm aware of benzene. All those products were recalled after that round of testing. It's why there should be continued, rigorous testing of sunscreens.
I got sunburn pretty bad last Sunday and wanted to put aloe on. Well at the store all the aloe's have polysorbate 20, polysorbate 80 - items that are found in vaccines. Went to the "all natural" aisle and found some organic aloe without crap in it.

Astazanthin, not clear about the spelling, it over a short time can help stop or lessen Sun burn. I helps a little for people on meds. It is my personal belief that its the meds that are causing the burning. This stuff is what makes flamingos pink. From experience take it in the morning or you might not be able to sleep. I have not taken it in a year, and I still don't Sun burn. I live near a reservation and people think I am an American Indian, if I am its like from one of those French fir trappers(cough cough) way back before our founding.
