If not try to send it to a print shop. FedEx and UPS will print documents cheaply.
I was both pleased and excited to hear they are going to give refugee status to South Africans, as I'd commented to one of your posts, I'd get the heck out of there.
I'd be good if they took away farm land from China or came up with some farmland somehow and provide classes on farming in the USA.
People who assimilate well and have a real safety need to boot should be made room for.
However, I don't think giving them mega-farms. Let the immigrant farmers expand after acquiring US citizenship.

Yes, the US post office is headed that way, mostly junk mail you can't have stopped, and they are corrupt and lazy. At one time it was a career path for retired military as they got a free boost in score on the Civil Service test.
