We do see years later our fighter jets being abandoned because pilots had to abandon them! Not talking about commercial jets and the inadequate traffic control system.

Boeing has been using substandard manufacturing practices coupled with substandard materials while also using substandard QAR/QAS personnel for years. I'm surprised the issues hadn't become apparent sooner than they did.
