Yep. The "disinformation is necessary" quote has been used by many Anons whose interpretations conflict with what Q actually said.

Regarding Alex Jones, his shtick was to act so ridiculous that he made the truth sound ridiculous, which disarms the dissemination of the truth. So yeah, CIA funded. He also embodied the #1 rule of controlled opposition: It is ALWAYS well funded. Overnight, he went from local cable access TV nutjob to nationally syndicated.
