This Table was modified after fixing a minor error that Russell made in his 1926 depiction that showed Lutetium incorrectly as the base element for Octave 9. Once corrected (+1 position shift @element 70) this shows the symmetric 12 (5+7) total mid-tones on either side of the base for Octaves 9 and 10 (W.R. had 8/6 split for Octave 9 innermost 14 rather than 7/7). Base elements updated below in General Theory.
Octave theory postulates that within each of 10 octaves, every element is a +/- variation of the base element. The theory uses a periodic spiral/octave construct that comes from a toroidal electromagnetic field assumption (top view of toroidal field might be a Fibonacci spiral). Elemental Pairs on either side of the Base Element (each octave)
Elemental pairs have opposite sign positions relative to the base element and will bond to each other to the exclusion of all others when in each others presence. Application of this phenomenon would be to neutralize excess of an element (such as Phosphorous bonding to Aluminim in soil restoration) or possible polarity reversal to create more of the elemental pair (speculation that this is even possible).
It is interesting to note that the two elements that are elemental pairs to Silver (Technetium, 1937) and Gold (Promethium, 1945) were the very last elements "discovered" in their respective groups and most likely were hidden for some reason. It is assumed that they were hidden because of their ability to bond-to and thus extract silver and gold from nearly anything, including seawater. Electrochemical simulations of these elemental pairs may also be used if the elemental pair is rare or hard to get into a usable form.
This has applications for the recycling of silver from electronics applications theoretically. If the price of silver goes high enough, we will figure out a way to extract this "unrecoverable silver".
The elemental pair issue also explains the problems with Manganese supplements. Mn apparently bonds to copper in the body, making it bio-unavailable, thus creating copper-deficiency nutrient problems.
T.H. gets heavily into the color overlay part of this without really explaining the fundamentals enough, imo. I went backward from the spiral diagram a couple steps in an attempt to show what it means for the "current" table so people can process it more easily. I'm adding Part 0.5 next that ties the different groups of elements to the specific locations on the spiral so that Part 1 is a bit more understandable.

Isotopes are variations of the elements and may also be +/- variations of the elements themselves as they tend to decay into the next element on either side. This is another deep rabbit hole I have not gone into yet. There are tens of isotopes for each element, typcially with only a few reasonably stable for most.
Isotopes are same element with varying number of neutrons. Element is defined as specific number of protons/neutrons represented by element #.
Core thing that W.R. was trying to prove is 1. Each octave has a base, 2. Each octave has a Master Tone (noble gas as start of octave). Each element near base (stable part of spiral curve) is basically a variation of the base element. Each other element in the octave near the Master Tone is a variation of the Master Tone incremented at +/-1 energy levels. 3. All elements come from core octave structure of the Master Tone plus the Base Element (periodic table can be collapsed into 0+ and 4+/- columns that represent all matter).
Table can be expanded upward into smaller and smaller components of matter such as alpha, beta, gamma particles up into Octaves 1 & 2. Once matched up to quarks, ions, etc. the top part of the Table is "particle physics". Correctly filled in octaves 1 and 2 represents the Grand Unified physics theory once we understand that "gravity" = density inside an electromagnetic field (there is NO gravity particle, it is complete fabrication).
[FUTURE RABBIT HOLE] The spiral structure and symmetry we see here is remarkably similar to one side of a DNA double-helix spiral. The spiral structure is presumed to be a natural structure inside a toroidal electromagnetic field. Things get organized into a spiral with low density on top of spiral and high density on the bottom of spiral.
W.R. postulates that not only is it a spiral form, but that it is a Fibonacci spiral, indicating that it was designed by God. It has been long speculated that the double-helix of DNA also reflects the Fibonacci sequence found all over in plants, animals, and natural structures. Elements being part of an energy wave and distinct frequencies/wavelengths means you can overlay colors and sounds or derive them from the element's natural form. This also means you can effectively "simulate" the properties of a particular element by mimicking the electrochemical signature. This appears to be what they are doing to extract uranium from seawater:
Shuangyin Wang at Hunan University in China and his colleagues have developed an upgraded electrochemical technique that is cheaper and requires less energy than any other for use with seawater. Unlike typical electrochemical systems, which only pull uranium atoms from water at the positive electrode, their device contains two copper electrodes, one positive and one negative, that can both gather uranium.
They are likely simulating the electrochemical signature of Uranium's elemental pair Cn (element #112) in order to attract the uranium and pulling it out of all other bonds directly. Basically, an electrochemical filter for uranium.
This also means that you can theoretically create a visual cloak of any kind by overlaying a thin layer of "simulated elements" on top of an energy field to make it look like whatever you want, visually. If the energy field matches the surface of an object tightly (sits right on top), then it could be perceived to "disappear". Nested fields with this sort of tech could make the object appear to change shape or size dramatically and instantaneously by activating the larger field on the outside of the layered-emag-field "onion".

Also I think Madame Currie took back some of her theories on pasteurization. Something happened with science medicine and math where we took the wrong path. I think there’s a breakaway civilization using Tesla theories and protocols not Edison scooting to Catherine Austin Fitts who was a Wallstreet whistle blower. .
Also dyes seem to make medicine properties seeing that methyle blue is making a comeback. Hcq is basically methyle blue without these. People on the 1800s were complaining about the stains from using blue.
Mercury chrome red dye was used to cover open cuts instead of bandaids. Even Henry ford talked about electricity as monetary units creating lasting peace. It sounds similar to bitcoin. We’ll see how this works out if we ever get MAHA off the ground.
