My point is that saying that SA farmers must pay for the misdeeds of their forebears is ludicrous and bloody racist. I thought that was obvious from the "/s'.
And just to add: I am just stating that there are Xhoi-San desendants in SA today, that one would call white. Might have been colored two generations ago, even. But now - they look white. Reason being that the bigger, stronger Bantu and Zulu ( invading from the North) murdered the little bushmen who were running around in family units. They did not have a culture of organizing into armies. The ones that survived, were on Boer farms - oh yeah those racists, who even had the audacity to breed with them. Shocking.
But those descendents must pay too, I guess, just because of the color of their skin, and the cowardly act of merging with whites in the first place, even as they have the oldest African DNA of all. They look white, after all. /S (That's a big S for big sarcasm).
There is a similar story about descendents of Moriori in New Zealand. They were there before the Maori, and retreated to the Chatham Islands - away from the murder and cannibals. But, they were followed and murdered and eaten - nearly all of them. Now one will find their descendants who sheltered on the mainland (South Island) and married into white families.
