As a former Technical Editor and Writer, I can tell you that even highly educated people often misspell "led" as "lead." I cannot tell you how many times I have made that change in technical documents, letters, and other communications throughout my career. It's an easy mistake to make, so I'm not reading too much into this particular misspelling.
An extra “to” as well. But my focus is Kashmir. I think it will become US territory. Just like I believe the Gaza Strip will become US territory. I call it the child theory. If two (or more) children keep fighting over the same toy, you take it away from them. Play nice or don’t play at all.
Also missing a t: "arrive a this historic..." in addition to the extra to, from "lead to to." Good coding if it's a coded message, because it looks like errors t o me.
