Chunks of concrete falling on passers-by? That's getting pretty bad. Boeing once had a building, freshly built, that had a stories-tall inward-sloping face of window over the main entrance. Because of the geometry and its resemblance to Darth Vader's helmet, it was colloquially called the Darth Vader building.
