Either they’re reined in, or completely restructured, or one of the old Judicial Review rulings is struck down or something.
They can’t be allowed to continue as they are though as it’s too simple to corrupt this structure.
We already know that one person can sledgehammer shift the entire history of the country for 200 years, add the ease of blackmailing just ONE judge to that picture, and something has to change.
