I don't think I have explained myself well. FJB, dead already or not, needs the list of crimes he has committed to be published... everything from his presidency, to his vice presidency, to his molestation of his daughter, and everything else they have on him. Every crime, heinous or not. There should be zero sympathy forthis dirtbag after reading the list.
I sympathize with you, but unproven allegations would be grounds for a libel suit against the allegator. And there is still the question of legal responsibility if he was incompetent to stand trial and his authority was being used by others. But why should you care if he gets sympathy or not? He won't be aware of it. The sympathizers will simply be committing more foolishness, and it won't last beyond his death. It wouldn't make any difference to the world as it is. He will just become an unsavory historical footnote. I'm just glad he is off the stage.
As far as I can see, it would be okay to quote from or refer to the diary. I think it has been published. The allegation would be on his daughter. No one has come forward to dispute it.
Plenty of photos of him sniffing the hair of little girls. That's fair game (hmm....a double entendre).
"Justice" is a very subjective matter outside of a court of law. I look to the Book of Job for meditation on that concept.

We deserve the truth and justice, and to know about. The diary from his daughter... not real?
