Yeah...it's particularly hard when you can't do anything for your fuzzy ones...
AND then, if you really love them making the decision to let them go...
That day...time does weird things...the longest and shortest day ever.
It doesn't seem to get any easier...and every time I get a new pup I ask myself if I'm just doing the inevitable delayed misery once again...Why do I do this?
Everybody knows why we do it...
As I mentioned up thread, DMSO and Chlorine Dioxide may be other alternatives that help.
Just make SURE you research the shit out of both and understand what each does before you dive in...so you don't do more harm than good.
DMSO - particularly good for topical application & pain management, inflammation reduction and aids in healing tumors and other "meat" things.
ClO2 is for detoxing. It cleans the body out of toxins, parasites and really anything that shouldn't be there...and super oxygenates the cells. This 2-step action often facilitates healing...First by getting the crap out...second by allowing the blood to bring additional oxygen and nutrients to the cell.
My sweet dog currently has a tumor on his shoulder, and fenben/ivermectin is not helping at all. But we keep trying! Even if it slows it down, it will be a blessing.
FYI - I don't wanna be a Debbie downer, but it only works on certain cancers... not all .
Yes, it didn't cure my cat who had a tumor on her lung. :(

You may want to look at DMSO and Chlorine Dioxide as alternatives.
Lots of links here on both to search with links to info...
