No, because that would have all the pedo’s trying to get at Trump harder and also get out of the country. Better to let them continue with thinking they don’t have (as much) to worry about.
He's afraid of them? Can he not protect himself? Does he not have protection? Does he control a crime fighting force or not? Can he effect arrests or not? Better to let them continue happily victimising children? This seems like a situation where perfection is the enemy of good. Sorry.
